General Party Information:

  • Party reservations are secured with payment in full at the time of scheduling. Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
  • Our cancellation policy is designed with your best interests in mind. You can cancel your party reservation up to 30 days before the event date, and we will refund the total fees & charges previously paid to us. After that date, all obligations are noncancellable, and you are responsible for the total amount of your purchase.
  • Parties cannot be rescheduled without our express prior written consent.
  • You will be responsible for any additional services and goods on the day of the event. You can pay by Cash or Credit/Debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
  • American Express); no checks can be accepted.
  • We will automatically add an 18% gratuity to all final totals of birthday party packages.
  • You can provide your own cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. No other outside food and or beverages will be allowed.

Our birthday party packages are designed for 10 people, including the birthday guest. Depending on how many guests are beyond the base package, you can add guests at a per-person rate.

Our birthday party packages are designed for 10 people, including the birthday guest. If your group is smaller, you’ll still receive all the items included in your package. Plus, any extra event passes or arcade credits can be shared among your guests, used by parents or adult attendees, or saved for another visit - they never expire!

Strike Package: Estimated Total Time – 2 hours

  • Bowling Time (1 hour)
  • Food and Beverage will be delivered to your lanes, Cake, Open Presents (up to 1 hour)
  • Arcade Games & Prize Redemption (at your leisure)

Fun Zone Package: Estimated Total Time – 2 hours

  • Party Room Time (up to 1 hour): Your party host will deliver and serve food and drinks to your party. Your host will also assist with serving cake and opening the presents.
  • Event Passes: Your first event will be a VIP experience where your party host will walk your party to the front of the line for Bumper Cars or Laser Tag. Your party will, however, have to use the regular waiting lines for your 2nd and any extra event passes.
  • Arcade Games & Prize Redemption (at your leisure)

You should only need to bring a camera and the cake/candles (unless you purchase one through us). We supply all plates, napkins, cups, and utensils.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time. We also suggest that you ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts. We don’t want any guests to miss out on the action because we start right in with bowling or food in the party room. Your party time slot is NOT adjustable because our party hosts need to be able to host another party after yours. We reserve the right to cancel any party as a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late.
